A virtual hiking day looks like this:
You are part of a group of 6 – 10 colleagues, facilitated by 1 coach. Everyone is invited to enjoy a full day outside in nature (so pack lunch!), disconnected from daily (working) life.
We start the day with storytelling by the coach, outlining the program. The rest of the day you will receive surprising and engaging assignments (video or audio) on your phone.
These assignments are sometimes reflective, sometimes active, but always focussed on deepening your understanding of your own wellbeing and the way the team can become more high performing.
Throughout the day you are in touch with your colleagues to engage in conversation and to help each other. Also, you get 1-on-1 time with the coach to discuss your specific questions.
We wrap up the day by sharing with the group: what are your biggest take-aways from today and how the team can become more high performing from now one?
